Begin Your Personal Mental Strength Journey

Starts September 28, 2024 | Saturdays 8:30-10:00 am

16 Consecutive Weeks

Must purchase the Living Grace Workbook online from the Mental Health Grace Alliance ($16.99).

Through a 16-week curriculum called Living Grace, you can reduce symptoms of personal mental health difficulties and disorders while renewing your life and faith. Living Grace provides an introductory experience for mental health wellness and resilience through a whole-health approach based on science and faith.

Integrating faith (scripture) and research-proven science insights and tools, Living Grace is designed to help you:

  • Confidently manage challenging stressors, anxiety, moods

  • Decrease negative thoughts

  • Live a whole-health life to enrich your brain and body

  • Discover a Christ, grace-filled approach to being mentally and emotionally resilient

  • Discover how to live a meaningful life (surviving to thriving)

  • And, so much more…

This group is intended for adults (18+) who struggle to overcome intense emotions associated with mental health difficulties and disorders. This is not therapy, and it is led by a peer facilitator. It is built on an evidence-based model that facilitates discussion around lived experience within the context of Christianity.

The Living Grace Workbook from the Mental Health Grace Alliance is $16.99. This program is free with the exception of the paper workbook, which you must purchase to participate. A digital version is free.

This group meets virtually.

REGISTRATION CLOSES ON
