WHAT DO WE BELIEVE IN

Our mission is to increase compassion within the Church through our outreach ministry. As disciples of Christ we offer mentorship and fellowship seeking to build mental resilience and wholeness of health.

Dear Friends,

There is a huge chasm between mental illness and wholeness of health in our world today. Everybody has an answer, but Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. Meet K.Co. Connections, we are a team of mentors and coaches who have come through chronic crises and the broken mental healthcare system. We believe the key to thriving is not the right teacher, but the only Teacher: Jesus Christ. He has been our very own personal trainer, coach, and guide through the tangled web of mental health difficulties and disorders that plague our society. We would like to walk alongside you during your wellness journey and guide you through the madness. As Winston Churchill once said, “If you’re going through hell, keep going.”

With Love, Kristin

CORE VALUES

I'm a mom of three. I'm passionate about empowering women to embrace their values through a biblical lens. I love helping moms see beyond their mental health struggles and find balance in their lives. With a great sense of humor and genuine sensitivity, I'm here to encourage and support you on your journey. In my free time, you can find me writing or enjoying a good movie.

Hi there, I’m Felicia and with God’s help, I would consider it a privilege to join you in this season on your healing journey. • "I have worked closely with Kristin for more than 10 years. In serving with and walking alongside her, I have been blessed to know someone of tremendous courage and character, who exhibits a tender heart for others. She has been willing to be attentive and self-reflective to her own life journey and open to the ongoing transformation God is bringing about in her life. Kristin's willingness to care for others out of the care and comfort she has received has been an encouragement to me, and she continues to serve on a volunteer basis with local area nonprofit organizations like DBSA, RealOptions, and CityTeam."
